Ventures is the food-and-beverage arm of Alzey Partners. We take a brand into the Turkish market, build its supply chain and run the day-to-day ourselves. We work with two counterparts: brands heading into Türkiye, and investors who want an operator alongside their capital.
Why Ventures exists
Our medical vertical runs on a chain that has to work every day: licence, import, stock, field, collections. Ventures takes the same habit into food and beverage: the regulatory file becomes a supply chain, receivables become a daily cash cycle. The sector changes; the way a business gets built and run mostly doesn't.
That's why Ventures is an operating arm rather than an investment arm: we build the supply, hire and run the team, and the daily operation stays with us. Its quality is largely what decides how a brand does here.
How we work
When we take on a brand, the work runs in three stages.
Bring
We move the brand and its supply chain into Türkiye: sourcing, local supplier agreements, site selection and the first opening. Until the doors open, set-up is ours.
Operate
After opening, the day-to-day stays with us: supply orders, staffing, service standards and cost control all run through one team.
Grow
Once a concept works, we scale it through new locations and distribution. Growth follows unit economics and operating capacity; a concept earns its next opening.

Two conversations start here, and both begin with the operating plan.
Brands entering Türkiye
We establish a brand built abroad here in Türkiye and take on the operation from supply to point of sale. The first meeting covers supply requirements, location strategy, the commercial model and an opening timeline.
F&B investors
We assess early-stage F&B opportunities with an operator's eye and, where the case holds, take on running them. The first meeting covers the operation, the capital it needs and how the roles split: you bring the capital, we run the business.
