Let’s talk about bringing your brand into this market.

Medical-device manufacturer or F&B brand, the conversation starts in the same place: the operation that carries your product.

From licence to collections, one operation.

Entering Türkiye, the Caucasus and Central Asia takes three layers working at once. We carry all three as the operator on the ground, and stay accountable long after the paperwork clears.

Licence, import, stock, sales and collections run under one roof; one counterparty stays with you from start to finish. On the medical side, today that roof reads: Master Distributor for Allurion Swallowable Gastric Balloon and Allurion VCS across Türkiye and the CIS · registration holder and importer.

Regulatory affairs
A device stays on this market only as long as its registration and compliance hold. TİTCK and ÜTS registration, CE conformity, vigilance and adverse-event reporting run in-house, and we keep the file current.
Operations
The physical work that gets your product to the shelf and keeps it there is ours: import, customs clearance, buffer stock and distribution. The warehouse is ours; customs and freight run through licensed providers, and delivery is ours to answer for.
Growth
Availability doesn’t sell on its own; the commercial and marketing work that turns shelf presence into orders sits with us too, and the receivables are ours to manage.

Those three layers are set out step by step on a single device on the Medical page.

To be clear: Alzey works in two verticals, medical devices and F&B. For a product outside those, we’re probably not the right partner.

Three layers, one flow

Product flow

  1. Manufacturer
  2. Alzey
  3. Point of sale
  4. Customer

Demand loop

  1. Demand channel
  2. Alzey
  3. Manufacturer

You choose how we work together.

Not every manufacturer wants the same depth. Some hand over every link from licence to collections; others want to see the regulatory route first. Which model we start from is settled on the first call.

  1. Master distribution

The licence is held in our name; import, warehousing, field sales, receivables, collections and the patient-facing demand layer all run under that roof. This is the fully localised operation: until the invoice is collected, the work is ours to answer for.

Who it fits: A manufacturer entering the market properly.

  2. Regional distribution network

We build and run the regional distribution network across the Caucasus and Central Asia; training and application certification stay with us. Direction and priorities are set together with your head office.

Who it fits: A manufacturer moving into the region.

  3. Regulatory and market entry

We take the registration through TİTCK and complete the ÜTS record, and read the market from inside our own operation. Commercial execution sits outside this model and is taken up later.

Who it fits: A manufacturer testing the ground first.

What we take on, what we need from you.

A partnership works when it is clear from the start who carries what. These two lists are the division of labour; the detail is settled at the table.

Alzey takes on

Registration and the regulatory file
The TİTCK submission, the ÜTS record and the official follow-up.
Import, customs, warehousing and buffer stock
Moving the product from the border to the authorised centre is our work.
Field team, clinic network and physician training
Clinic relationships, physician training and certification sit with us.
Receivables and credit risk
Credit risk in the channel stays on our side.
The B2C demand layer
Patient-side demand is built through our own channels and routed to authorised centres.

We need from you

CE or FDA technical file
The file itself, kept current as the process runs.
Product training
A train-the-trainer handover; repeating it in the field is on us.
Commercial terms and price structure
Defined before the operation starts.
Brand kit and marketing material
Usage rules, visual assets and the source files.
Stock commitment and lead time
Buffer stock can only be planned against a predictable lead time.
Clinical data and publication access
Physician training and the regulatory file both rest on it.
Territory exclusivity defined in the agreement
The geographic scope written plainly into the contract.

Two layers that set the model apart.

A three-way win (B2B2C)

Three parties win at once: the manufacturer sells, the clinic finds patients, the patient gets access to treatment. We run the clinic network on the B2B side and patient demand on the B2C side.

Our own systems

We run the commercial infrastructure on software we write ourselves: the clinic CRM, the WhatsApp intake line, receivables and collections analytics, clinic-level digital marketing tools and process automation.

How both layers work in the field is set out on the Medical page.

What happens after the form

Your message goes to the team that would run your market entry, and we come back with a proposed call. The agenda is fixed: your product’s regulatory position, the commercial model we’d propose, payment terms and a rough timeline.

What we want from that call is an honest answer from both sides: does this work together? If it does, we set out the next steps and who carries what. If it doesn’t, we say so plainly.
