Data Protection Notice (KVKK)

Last updated: July 12, 2026 · draft — under legal review.

1. Data Controller and Scope

This notice covers personal data submitted by visitors through the contact and partnership forms on alzeypartners.co. For this data, the Data Controller under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") is Alzey Danışmanlık ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. (İnkılap, Dr. Adnan Büyükdeniz Cd. No:7 D:352, 34768 Ümraniye/İstanbul).

This notice applies only to the corporate website's contact/partnership forms. Patient/clinic data processed within the medical operations of Alzey Danışmanlık ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. falls OUTSIDE the scope of this notice; the roles and notice for that data flow are handled separately. For information on that distinction, see our Quality & Compliance page.

2. Personal Data Processed

  • Identity data: first and last name.
  • Contact data: email address, phone number, country.
  • Request content: company, title, area of interest and the message you write in the contact or partnership form.
  • Transaction data: the source of the form submission and — if you arrived via a campaign link — the campaign/source (utm) parameter in that link.
  • Standard server logs kept by the hosting infrastructure for security and operational purposes (IP address, browser/system information, request time). For detail on cookies, see the Cookie Policy.

3. Purposes of Processing

  • Evaluating and responding to contact and partnership requests.
  • Managing corporate communications and customer/partner relationships.
  • Fulfilling legal obligations.
  • Maintaining the security and functionality of the website and intake infrastructure.

4. Method and Legal Basis of Collection

Your personal data is collected electronically through the contact and partnership forms on our website. Legal bases: direct relevance to the establishment or performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c), fulfilment of a legal obligation (KVKK Art. 5/2-ç), and the Data Controller's legitimate interest provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (KVKK Art. 5/2-f). The data you submit through the form is processed solely to evaluate and respond to your request; we do not send commercial electronic messages or marketing communications through this form, and we do not collect explicit consent for those purposes. The checkbox in the form confirms that you have read this notice; it is not a declaration of explicit consent.

5. Data Transfers

Your personal data may be shared, in accordance with the conditions set out in Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK and only to the extent required for the purposes above, with service providers supporting website hosting, email delivery and form/database infrastructure, and with authorized public authorities where legally required. Some of these infrastructure providers may have servers located abroad; where a transfer abroad occurs, it is carried out under one of the conditions set out in Article 9 of KVKK (an adequacy decision, the provision of appropriate safeguards, or an exception provided by law). Your personal data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for the period necessary for the purposes for which it is processed, taking into account the limitation and retention obligations set out in the applicable legislation. Contact and partnership requests are kept during their evaluation and the ongoing relationship; after that period ends, they are retained for the limitation periods applicable to potential legal disputes and legal obligations. Upon expiry of the retention period, your personal data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

7. Your Rights under KVKK Article 11

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you may apply to the Data Controller to:

  • learn whether your personal data is being processed,
  • request information if it has been processed,
  • learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
  • know the third parties to whom it is transferred, domestically or abroad,
  • request correction if processed incompletely or inaccurately,
  • request erasure or destruction within the conditions set out in KVKK Art. 7,
  • request that correction/erasure actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
  • object to a result arising solely from automated analysis of your data that is to your detriment,
  • claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

8. How to Apply

You may submit requests under KVKK Article 11 in accordance with the "Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller", together with information verifying your identity, in writing to info@alzeypartners.co or to İnkılap, Dr. Adnan Büyükdeniz Cd. No:7 D:352, 34768 Ümraniye/İstanbul. Your requests are concluded free of charge within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request; where the process entails an additional cost, the fee set out in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
